We gladly accept returns up to thirty days after the order date. All items must be in the same condition as shipped and returned unopened. Any refunds will be issued only when we get the item returned to us by the shipper. A 15% restocking fee may apply, depending on the condition of the item when we receive it and the reason for the return.
To return an item to our company, please contact us within 72 hours of the receipt of your order. After receiving return authorization, ship the items to our address at the bottom of this section.
If you were sent the correct item, but are choosing to return it for another reason, you will be refunded for the entire amount minus actual shipping. Please note that we will only issue refunds for items that are returned to us in their exact original condition, as determined by our shipping manager.
Sent an incorrect item?
You will be refunded the entire amount including shipping if we sent you the incorrect item.
Returning Factory Sealed Product
Unopened boxes or factory sealed sets must still be factory sealed and saleable for a refund to be given.
Returning Graded Cards
Professionally graded merchandise must still be in their original graded card slab for a refund to be given. Tamper proof seals must still be intact on items that ship with them.
Returning Opened or Damaged Merchandise
Returned items that are opened or damaged during the return shipment may be subject to a restocking fee, or receive no credit depending on the condition of the return. This also applies to free shipping items.

Any returns that were shipped this way will have the credit reduced by the amount of actual postage, before any restocking fee that may apply.
We do not provide any gift wrapping services at this time.
